TimeConsultant Version 3.0 has a new 'look and feel'. The new TimeConsultant Interface brings to you a fresh new look and easier navigation functionality. 

Many of our competitors charge for major upgrades and new versions, TimeConsultant enhancements are available to you at no extra cost. 

We have listed below all the new exciting and beneficial enhancements provided to you in Version 3.0.

New User Interface

We are excited about the new User Interface (UI). There is a new updated tabbed 'look and feel' and we have added a new navigation bar at the top of the screen for quick access to the most commonly used administrator functions.

TimeConsultant has been built for the Internet from the ground up. With Version 3.0 the pages are still light-weight and fast without giving up any functionality.

Timesheet Hierarchy

Employee can select the Type of Timesheet to use for Reporting Time. The Hierarchy Timesheet allows the user to navigate a Project tree to select the projects for time entry.

Divisions

Divisions will allow you to manage information by sector.  Projects and Employees can be assigned to a Division allowing the employee to only view the relevant information based on the assigned Division.

Timesheet Activity Notes

The Timesheet Activity Note is a way of entering timesheet notes in a formal format.

Timesheet Notes Search

Search Notes and Activity Notes entered into your Employee Timesheets.  In Version 3.0 you can search all timesheets for a particular note entered by your Employees.

Project Notes, Attachments and Timesheet Tips

Projects Notes are short and long descriptions about the Project.  The Project administrator can enter detail about the project then allow the short description to be seen on the Timesheet.  This is known as the Timesheet Tip.  Once a Project has a short description added the employee will be able to hover over the icon to view the quick tip about the project.  Attachments can also be added to a project in Version 3.0.

Group Invoicing

Currently you have to run Invoices on a Project basis, with Version 3.0 you will be able to save time by setting up Invoice groups to run multiple invoices at one time.

Report to Excel

TimeConsultant Version 3.0 will allow you to send a report to Microsoft Excel.  You will select the TimeConsultant report to view then select the output to be in Microsoft Excel.  This will allow you to format the reported data as required.  Microsoft Excel will need to be installed on your machine for this functionality.

Number of days until password is expired warning

Your Employees may want to know how many days until their password expires.  In Version 3.0 the Employee can select when they would like to see the warning message by selecting the number of days in their Preferences tab.

Data Bulletins

Data Bulletins are real time User specific information messages which could be used to show billable, vacation, or sick hours used, and can be set up for any time period.
